I use mindfulness and somatic awareness to deepen daily experience and compassion, which I believe is the key to cultivating healthy relationships and a satisfying life. I'm excited to work with individuals, couples and families to help improve the quality of their lives and relationships. Many of us are not equipped to cultivate long-lasting intimacy. Many of us are beholden to family rules or interaction patterns that may be unhealthy. Therapy is a good place to deepen your self-awareness and improve your quality of life.
