Introduction

I love working with clients to help them work through their anxiety roadblocks so they can get back to living their lives. Clients with OCD, social phobia, generalized anxiety, and more. Therapy requires some homework, but I promise it'll be worth it! I am trained in CBT and ERP, two kinds of therapy that look at how and why you think about things, especially in the context of anxiety.
