I am a genderqueer, non-binary therapist, have experience with all sorts of clients, and love the work that I do. I have experience with new and fluid members in the LGBTQ+ community, as well as exploring religious trauma and spiritual curiosity. Using inherent strengths and resiliency built into your experience, I hope to help empower you in your journey, while also listening and caring for your body and its needs. I am also well acquainted with brain injuries and resulting life changes, and in helping folks navigate, grieve, and empower themselves in changing levels of functionality and accommodations. I have my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) and Clinical Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS). I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. It is my passion to develop a genuine relationship with my clients where we can safely have difficult conversations, have and resolve conflicts, and experience your authentic self, including your pain. Engaging together mindfully, I hope to guide and empower you to tap into your own strengths and resilience.
