Hello! I'm Jakayla, the proud Mental Health Coach here ready and excited to help you meet the goals that you desire. I decided to name my company Haven to solidify my desire to create a safe and comforting place for you to retreat to each week. Whether you are 8 or 88, I hope to create a sense of home for each one of my clients. Our time together can be in person at my office in Pinehurst, NC or virtually for those that live elsewhere. I can't wait to connect with you!
