Introduction

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, relational and tailored to meet the needs of each of my clients. By using a bespoke approach, I engage in a variety of modalities, including Attachment Focused-EMDR, Relational Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Strength-Based Therapy. From our intake session to our final session, I create a secure environment by bringing compassionate curiosity, authenticity, and humor to our sessions.
