Introduction

I deeply value creating a space where the present moment is used to become more aware, conscious and compassionate about one’s own internal experience and believe from that space change and healing occurs. I follow a psychodynamic approach and tend to look at spaces and dynamics with an emphasis on attachment and attachment styles. However, I also understand the value of integrating a structured approach that provides concrete tools to facilitate change; I am a deep believer that that through well-targeted and intentional activity, people can begin to engage in their life differently. I specialize in working with complex PTSD/trauma, addictions and relationship struggles. I am trained in EMDR and certified in CPT. I also have expertise in working with Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACoA Recovery), infertility struggles, family of origin issues and providing couples and family therapy. I love the quote, "I trust the next chapter because I know the author". So often we can feel that we are just trying to survive and get through. Although being the author of our own lives is our birthright, I think it also can require courage, support and intentionality. I am here to support you as you explore the next chapter you want to write.
