Hi! I’m Jaime, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and autism for teens and adults. I understand how hard it can be to take the first step towards starting therapy, and finding someone you connect with is so important. You deserve a space where you feel supported, understood, and safe to explore what’s bringing you to therapy—a space where you can be your true self, without feeling the need to mask or hide any part of who you are. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where we can work together to gain insight into your struggles and create lasting change. In therapy, I use an integrative approach, combining top-down methods like cognitive behavioral therapy with bottom-up approaches like somatic therapy. This allows us to address the whole person by working with both the mind and body. I also work from a neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan that draws on your strengths and fits your unique needs and goals. My goal is to help you to have more compassion for yourself and to see that whatever you are struggling with makes sense based on your unique experiences and that every unhelpful habit or coping mechanism developed for a reason. I believe that a better understanding of the mind-body connection helps us to heal. I want to help you gain the tools you need in order to move forward as well as to maintain the progress you have made after therapy ends. I am honored to be a part of the process as you start your healing journey.
