I am a post-masters clinician working toward licensure and am passionate about helping individuals forge their own path along the journey of recovery. My work focuses on an eclectic style of therapy to help you work through the pain of the past and have hope for your future. I am an individual in long-term recovery who knows how important it is to experience connection and acceptance. However, the most difficult acceptance to posses is often of ourselves.
