Introduction

My role is to provide unconditional positive support for you during your therapy journey. I believe therapy works best when you are active in the session and we work together to develop your goals. I will bring genuineness, compassion, and sometimes humor to my sessions. I have helped walk people through major life transitions while remaining true to themselves. I have also helped others work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and addictive behaviors. In this hyper-individualized culture, it can be tough to ask for help. I acknowledge that this takes courage to even visit this site, but I want to encourage you that you've already taken the first step. If you're ready to change your life or explore your inner landscape, it would be my privilege to support that process as it unfolds.
