Like your life became about survival—keeping the peace, holding it all together, shrinking yourself to fit the mold of what others wanted you to be. In our work together, I offer a warm, steady presence and a non-judgmental space where you can finally exhale. This is your place to untangle the anxiety, name the grief, and begin healing the emotional wounds that have been weighing you down for far too long. Together, we’ll gently reconnect you to your values, your voice, and your vision for a life that actually feels good—on your terms. I utilize Cognitive behavioral, Dialectical behavioral and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (CBT and ACT). I graduated from Delaware State University in 2019 with my Master of Social Work Degree. I currently hold my Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) and Certified Advanced Drug and Alcohol Certification (CAADC). I’ve worked in various settings ranging from treating offenders in a correctional facility, residential mental health and substance use programs to outpatient individual therapy.
