Have you been feeling stagnant in life and not sure what the next step should be or why you feel this way. The world can feel loud at times, I take pride in creating a safe environment for my clients to be hear. Focusing on learning effective coping skills to manage their mental health. It is important for people to feel safe and comfortable so they can be vulnerable and open in therapy. My clients appreciate my use of validation and effective communication when providing different perspectives. I hope to create a relationship with you based on authenticity and non-judgment. I may be a good fit as your therapist if you are experiencing struggles with an eating disorder, body image, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, parental guidance, trauma, life change, or stress. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy , Acceptance Commitment , and Person-centered approach. I am a LGBTQIA affirming therapist.
