Introduction

I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients on issues of identity, emotional needs, relationships, parenting, and life transitions. My counseling style often aligns with Narrative Therapy, designed to reframe negative events and rewrite your life story to move into healthier, happier chapters. I believe that we are all our own most valuable asset. Pouring into yourself should never be stigmatized, but it can be daunting. When you make the decision to seek help, I know that it is not being taken lightly. I'd be honored to go on this mission with you and look forward to watching you acheive your wellness goals!
