Introduction

Using a person-centered, trauma-informed, Health at Every Size® approach to working with individuals has allowed me to develop authentic counseling relationships with those I serve. Utilizing various treatment modalities including art & expressive therapy techniques, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness skills, and psycho-social education, I've helped adults and adolescents experiencing eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, difficult life transitions, stress, and low self-worth reach their personal goals. Inviting each person to be themself in a warm, non-judgmental environment that welcomes creativity and humor allows you room to heal and grow. As a licensed clinical mental health counselor(LCMHC) and registered art therapist(ATR), I engage in ongoing learning to expand offerings to those I serve. If you would like to connect and learn how I may be able to help you meet your counseling needs, I encourage you to reach out via the 'contact me' button at the top of the page or request a 15 minute consultation.
