Healing is a brave and loving pursuit, but that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt or even feel scary to turn over the stones of grief and self-denial. We heal and grow not in a straight line, but in a spiral: a movement back & forth, toward & away from similar milestones, from darkness to light, and the path can seem overgrown and difficult to move through. There might be upheaval, pain, and grief, and moments of darkness to sift through and understand. The good news is that no matter what has happened to bring you here, you don't have to navigate this all alone. I'm an integrative therapist who incorporates aspects of attachment theory/EFT, Parts work/IFS, transpersonal, and nature-based therapy in my work with individuals and couples. I offer insights, observations, and gentle challenges while encouraging you toward building a stronger connection to your internal sources of strength, intuition, and integrity.
