Introduction

I am an attachment focused therapist, who holds space for individuals and couples. I currently work with folks (20+) experiencing anxiety, depression, challenges with confidence, boundaries, CPTSD, attachment issues, (in)fertility, grief, adjustment and relationship distress. I have extensive training in the treatment of PMADs (postpartum mood and anxiety disorders) and I’m passionate about my work with pregnant/postpartum people. I also have specialized training and experience working with military personnel and families, highly sensitive people, and adults who experienced childhood emotional neglect (CEN). I utilize a Holistic/Integrative approach, based on your individual needs. My practice pulls from mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems and emotionally focused couples therapy.
