Jacqueline is a bilingual educator and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with more than twenty-three years of experience supporting children (ages 0-17), young adults (ages 18-22), and their families across various settings, including schools, homes, clinics, and community environments. She specializes in creating trauma-informed interventions for neurodiverse individuals, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Dual Diagnosis, sensory processing disorders, and various mental health conditions (e.g., Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, OCD), and other developmental delays. She is experienced in various therapeutic modalities, including Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), and Treatment and Education of Autistic and Related Communication Handicapped Children (TEACCH). Her expertise spans performing developmental and behavioral assessments, analyzing data, and designing impactful behavior interventions. She excels in implementing treatment plans, leading social skills groups, guiding parent training and parent-led models, managing crises, ensuring cultural competency, and delivering comprehensive training and supervision for staff. She holds a Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and has completed coursework in Early Childhood Education. Additionally, she is certified with a Child Development Site Supervisor Permit.
