Introduction

I am passionate about helping people, especially adolescents, children, couples, and families of all types. I believe in the importance of meeting each individual where they are at and working collaboratively with them to reach their goals. My goal is to help you access your innate ability to heal and grow in the context of a safe, supportive, and trusting therapeutic relationship. My treatment approach is systems oriented, integrating Experiential, Emotionally Focused, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, Narrative, and CBT Therapy models. I am proudly bilingual and have experience providing integrative treatment services in fluent Spanish. I have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and include GMCT in my work with couples.
