Introduction

Experiences of trauma and stress can change how we think, feel and react to people and situations. Maybe that means hyper-focusing on your work or others' needs at the expense of yourself and your relationships. You may also isolate or pull away because certain settings can cause you to feel easily frustrated and overwhelmed. And as a result it feels like you are missing out on things you wanted for your life. You may feel like you can't relax or trust, are often worrying or on guard, don't enjoy things like you used to, and are having difficulties with motivation and forgetfulness at work. These are all signs that you may be stuck in a pattern of stress, trauma or burnout. But it doesn't have to stay that way. Helping people take back their lives from stress and trauma is my passion and expertise. I offer care that is science-based, heart-centered and tailored to you. Stress and trauma can often leave us feeling powerless, hopeless and alone. I believe treatment should be the opposite. I work with you to ensure you feel truly heard and supported in the work we do. We will respect your pacing, center your values and goals, and approach your work with the genuine care and respect you deserve. This is important work and I want you to have the best possible support. I get that finding that right fit can be challenging, so I've kept my process straightforward. If you want to see if working together would be a good fit, you can schedule a free phone consultation with me by clicking "Request Appointment."
