Mental health therapy is a type of healthcare that should be available to everyone. It should also be provided in such a way that you can feel comfortable, safe, and supported, even when being challenged. As a therapist, I offer services to clients from diverse backgrounds and identities. With my own identities as a neurodiverse, genderqueer (he/they), pansexual, Hispanic/white person, I strive to create and maintain an inclusive environment for all my clients. To this end, my approach to therapy is best described as collaborative, creating a therapeutic experience that is relevant to your life and experiences. I provide services to individuals, partners, or families, and to people aged 12 and up. Additionally, I specialize in working with Queer and Trans clients and I provide sex therapy and sex education, when requested. My goal is for therapy to be accessible to you, so before deciding it can’t work out, let’s talk and see if there’s a way to make it happen. It can be hard, going through profile after profile, searching for a therapist. It’s not always easy to find someone you feel like you can be fully open with. For that reason, I’m glad to be considered as a possible fit for your therapy journey. Contact me to schedule a FREE 15-minute consultation. I hope to talk with you soon!
