Sometimes life throws things at us we do not expect and sadly cannot handle on our own. Therapy can be very helpful in managing whatever happens in life. I work with individuals as well as relationship and marriage counseling. I have a special interest in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, anxiety disorders, ADHD, life transitions, traumatic brain injuries, and interpersonal communication. If you have a desire to work and grow, I am here for you. Any goal you want to accomplish or obstacle you want to overcome can be tackled in counseling. I primarily approach treatment with a person-centered mindset while utilizing aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and solutions focused therapy. Every client is an individual and treatment is personalized to their specific goals and personalities to reach wellness and develop skills to cope with all of life’s stressors. It can be scary to reach out, but we will do everything we can to make beginning this process as easy as possible.
