Introduction

Seeking and finding the right therapist for your needs can be a difficult process. I work with clients using a person centered approach, focusing on strengths and coping skills for various mental health challenges. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy methods, such as Radical Acceptance to devalue unwanted thoughts I am a fully licensed Masters Level Social Worker in the State of Michigan. I graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and graduated from Grand Valley State University with my Masters In Social Work. I have over 5 years of clinical experience with all major mental health challenges.
