I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) who has worked several years in crisis work, partial care, and individual counseling. I have had the privilege to journey with so many beautiful beings in their darkest moments and witnessed the shift towards hope and inner peace. I provide supportive tools by exploring the patterns to stressors as well as the management of symptoms related to unsettling emotions. The basis of my work comes from Energy Psychology along with other approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered, and Trauma Focused. I like to incorporate holistic and wellness work into my counseling. I consider my work as eclectic and not one approach is a one size fits all. I primarily work with women and children and utilize creative ways to help process thoughts and feelings that coincide with emotional pain and discomfort. So whether it is current or past life experiences or just something bigger calling to you, we can explore the right approach to support you on your path towards resiliency, peace, and genuine happiness. I also offer a monthly widows group, Mending Hearts, which is held the first Wednesday of each month at my office. Please message me for more information about this free group that I offer. New for 2024 is my Sound bed and Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT). A non-invasive modality to support the mind, body, and soul.
