Jaclyn Goldman is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, and general stress surrounding life transitions. Examples of life transitions may include: graduating and entering “the real world”, beginning or ending relationships, relocating to a different city, adjusting to a new career, becoming a first-time parent, or grieving the loss of a loved one. Jaclyn has extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy and works with clients across the lifespan. Through partnering with Jaclyn, clients will learn how to make decisions from a more intentional and grounded place vs. making choices based on emotion or impulse. Jaclyn values a collaborative relationship and is flexible to accommodate all needs-whether that be a sounding board, a space to build insight and explore values, or to acquire hands-on skills to decrease worry, cope with uncertainty, and improve mood.
