Introduction

I am a private practice clinician specializing in working with youth. I earned my Masters in Counseling from Gonzaga University in 2011 and spent over 10 years working as a counselor in schools before transitioning into the mental health setting. I work from a client centered perspective that centers on helping youth and their families build the strengths and skills to lead joyful lives. My intention is to provide a warm therapeutic environment fostering self-understanding, self-compassion, and self-efficacy, and skill building.
