We believe in a creative, integrative and relationship-based therapuetic approach and utilize a variety of methods including mindfulness, polyvagal theory, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, DIR Floortime/Play Therapy, parent coaching and the Safe & Sound Protocol. We strive to create a safe, collaborative and compassionate space for those seeking understanding, healing and growth. Jackie is a licensed professional counselor and lifelong educator with over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, adults and families to support developmental, social and emotional wellness. She has dedicated her career to building communities of diversity, empathy, and creativity.
