Introduction

In my space I intend to remove judgement and create an accepting, safe environment for all visitors. Though I work with a wide range of clients and a variety of presenting issues, I am particularly drawn to creatives struggling with anxiety, depression, and addiction. My previous experience as an art teacher grants me a deep love for the arts as tools for healing, which I often use in my practice. Additionally, I enjoy working as an ally and advocate for equitable treatment for those who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. My clients include individuals, couples, and groups. Through a creative, strengths-based approach, healing and liberation bloom in my clients’ lives. All are welcome here.
