Hello! So happy you are here. Throughout my training and varied experiences, I have learned many skills and treatment modalities that are serviceable to all challenges that may come my way. The quality of the relationship between therapist and client is of the utmost priority. I aim to ensure a welcoming and safe environment. Together, we can explore feelings, thoughts and behavioral patterns, gain self awareness, increase self esteem, explore relationships, and learn skills to improve communication and better manage stressful situations. I specialize in anxiety and depression as well improving communication skills within interpersonal relationships. I like to use a cognitive behavioral and holistic approach within my treatments.
