Hello! I am Jack Register. I am a clinical social worker and addiction specialist who is licensed to serve clients in NC, AZ and in NY via telehealth. I have been in the field over 20 years. I specialize in adults experiencing mental health challenges and addiction disorders. I am also a specialist in working with first responders, those living with chronic medical conditions (like COVID), veterans, law enforcement, and their families. I am also a trained and specialize in working with queer and trans folx. I offer low threshold access to letters for gender alignment/affirmation surgeries as well as HRT. I have been trained and am working toward certification by WPATH. I offer a 15 minute consultation for free so prospective clients can get to know my style and skills.
