Introduction

I help people looking to better understand themselves in order to live a life that feels more fulfilling and less guided by the painful experiences of the past. If you are struggling to make changes in your life, whether it be with relationships or at work, or if you feel anxious and depressed and are unsure why, insight oriented psychotherapy may be the right fit for you. I work to create a safe nonjudgmental space where we can be curious to better understand what is getting in the way of living the life you aspire to.
