Introduction

Do you ever feel disconnected from yourself or others? Do you find your own needs at the bottom of your to-do list? Ever wonder if life could feel better, happier? Now more than ever, people are experiencing anxiety and uncertainty about how to juggle their relationships, careers, and personal lives. Ignoring your own needs and neglecting time for self-care can lead to long-term mental and physical challenges. I believe that living a better life shouldn’t feel so difficult. It is possible to find balance and fulfillment—it’s about making space for yourself and prioritizing your well-being. I graduated from Assumption College in 2010 with a Masters degree in counseling psychology with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy and have more than 14 years of experience. I accept Cigna, Aetna, and Quest Behavioral Health for Florida residents. I also see clients who reside in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. For self-pay clients, sessions are available in 60-minute or 45-minute durations. A sliding scale is available based on individual circumstances. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered. I recognize that reaching out for help can be a big step, and I am here to walk alongside you through your journey toward healing and growth.
