Introduction

I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in Portland, Oregon with a primary focus in neuropsychological assessment. I also conduct individual psychotherapy for adults, particularly those adjusting to medical diagnoses. I periodically run groups for caregivers about managing the cognitive and emotional effects of strokes and brain injuries. At this time, I do not bill insurance directly, but can provide you the billing codes you need to request preauthorization and an itemized bill you can submit to your insurance company. Half of the payment is due the initial appointment and the remainder at the feedback session.
