I received my masters of counseling from Denver Seminary in 2013 & PhD in 2024. I love the intersection of religion and psychology. I specialize in treating addiction, trauma/abuse, anxiety, grief, marital conflict, and how spirituality is impacted through all these issues. . The clients I enjoy working with most are those who are ready to move forward in forgiving themselves, others and getting in tune to their spirituality. I enjoy the process of guiding my clients into finding internal and external resources so they do not feel alone. EMDR is the primary resource I use to build holistic mental and spiritual health quickly.
