Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Approved Clinical Supervisor and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor in the state of Washington. I specialize in EMDR, Anxiety and Phobias. I utilize evidence based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing to aid in this process. I also work with children ages 2-12 and utilize play therapy to meet the child at his or her developmental level. As children often do not have the words to express their feelings, play therapy is able to connect with each child, right where they are experiencing distress or trauma.
