I got started in social work due to a love of people. You have a captivating story of trials, successes, failures and adventures. You have everything you need inside of yourself to be what you want to be. But life can obscure these inner treasures. Together, I can help you uncover these hidden jewels and help you live the life you want to live. I have been a social worker for nine years. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I received my Masters in Social Work from Monmouth University in 2013. I work with children, adolescents, and adults from a strengths-based, interpersonal neurobiological, attachment perspective – meaning I believe in the power of connection – with ourselves, our families, our friends. I utilize different techniques such as CBT, DBT, narrative and play therapy to create personal safety, improve emotional regulation and increase executive functioning. I offer individual, couples, and family sessions.
