Introduction

Hello, welcome! I help people connect and understand their inner world while gently and safely working through trauma, stuck patterns, and/or life stressors. About my Clients: I work with individuals who appear to have it together, yet feel the weight of stress, trauma, or loss - often leading to disconnection from self and others. I'm passionate about empowering young adults and beyond to live fully, honoring their unique values and experiences. Being trauma-informed, I offer compassionate, supporting, individualized care. Starting therapy takes courage - I admire your willingness to reach out and look forward to working with you! My Background and Approach: Each session is tailored to meet you wherever you find yourself in your healing process. Together, we'll explore the messages your mind and body carry by examining patterns, beliefs, behaviors, and somatic sensations. Using a trauma-centered and culturally conscious approach, I'm deeply passionate about helping clients heal from trauma and reconnect with their bodies. My holistic method integrates Internal Family Systems (parts work), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Somatic Mindfulness Techniques to support your growth and well-being. My Personal Beliefs and Interests: I believe in the power of building a trusting, strong therapeutic relationship to guide you through the challenging yet rewarding journey of therapy. My role is to provide a safe, open, and nonjudgmental space where growth, healing, and self-discovery can thrive. I work collaboratively, authentically, and supportively to help foster self-awareness and reflection. If you have reservations - whether this is your first time in therapy or the first time with me - know that's completely normal. I invite you to reach out for a consultation so we can explore if we're a good fit and answer any questions you may have.
