Hola and Welcome. My name is Ivet Castañeda Ruiz, I have been a practicing Latinx therapist for the last 6 years. Throughout the course of my career I have gained an amplitude of experience working with children, adolescents, individuals and families. I know taking the first step and seeking help may be challenging for some, for that reason I believe in the essence of meeting people where they are. Life is constantly changing around us, the fluidities of life may cause life challenges and obstacles that may result in anxiety, depression, conflict within relationships and/or living inauthentically. I am committed to establishing a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental atmosphere. Together we can explore and process your current life challenges, and develop effective strategies to allow you to heal, prosper and continue growing as you carry on to face life changes. My goal is to teach you to heal in order live authentically the life you envision. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
