For the last 4 and half grateful years, I have been practicing with youth in grades k-12 and in private practice with adults. With my holistic perspective, I believe that mind, body and soul are important to the overall well-being of humans. My work with highly stressed individuals who struggle to maintain wellness, find improvement in their quality of life through empathy, humor, inquiry and strengths finding. I am trained in Yoga Nidra, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, A-TIP, Prepare & Enrich along with a host of other skill sets to serve diverse populations from diverse spiritual backgrounds. I am a mom of 2, an entrepreneur and light worker. I look forward to working you because you deserve to be heard and feel better.
