Individually, she helps adults, and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, mood swings, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Complex trauma (c-PTSD), suicidal ideations, self-harm, grief, low self-esteem, burnout, perfectionism, identity exploration, or just simply wanting to get to know themselves better. In addition, Isabella is a Family Therapist, meaning she works with families with adult or teen children seeking to reconnect after periods of estrangement, heal from relational hurts and trauma, navigate challenging conversations, develop healthy boundaries, and build cohesion. At the heart of her therapeutic philosophy is a unified humanistic, experiential, attachment-focused approach that underscores the potential inherent to all of us and the power of relationships. She is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR), Family Systems and Play Therapy to guide you through your distinctive challenges. Isabella has over a decade of clinical experience in various settings including a personally founded practice, Kid Whisperer, where she specialized in Child-Centered Play Therapy for children and teens. She holds an MA in Marital and Family Therapy from Alliant International University – California School of Professional Psychology, an MA in Psychological Services, and a BS in Psychology from Assumption College, Manila. She also is a PhD Candidate in Clinical Counseling Psychology from De La Salle University.
