Introduction

I am licensed in Texas with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I have experience working with those going through relationship/marital issues, trauma recovery, life transitions, adult ADHD and depression, and anxiety. I also have experience and training in providing faith-based counseling. I primarily utilize EMDR (eye-movement desensitization reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) Solution-focused, Motivational Interviewing, and other trauma-informed therapeutic approaches I strive to provide a compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere in which clients can safely explore and work through their feelings and beliefs that may be keeping them stuck. I have a passion for those who are deeply hurting, or with no idea where to turn. I am not afraid to "sit" with my clients during difficult and dark times. I can sit with you in the dark and help guide you to the light.
