Introduction

I know that sometimes in life we reach a point where we feel stuck, but there is hope. My ideal patient is focused upon personal growth and healing. Whether it’s depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, couples and marriage concerns, OCD, among other issues we face in life, therapy can help. I help clients work through trauma and leave the unhealthy patterns that may have been useful for them in the past, but are now getting in the way of the life they want to live. I want to make sure you feel confident and build a diverse set of skills for managing problems. I specialize in Anxiety, OCD, Trauma, and Relationships. I have experience in several acclaimed therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), among others. I am prepared to meet you where you are. It takes courage to ask for support, and I know it can be easy to put off taking care of yourself, but you deserve to feel better.
