Introduction

Currently accepting clients for ADHD group Wednesdays at 5 running 2/21-4/10. Insurance accepted or $60/session self-pay. I believe in creating a kind, supportive space where people are welcomed as their whole selves and given opportunities to grow. Specialty areas include adults, ADHD-affirming counseling, Highly Sensitive People (HSP), LGBTQIA+ folx, relationship/friendship work (ex. boundaries and communication), life transitions, and anxiety. I will support you in deepening your relationship with yourself, building self-compassion, and integrating mindful awareness into your life. I approach counseling from a Feminist, anti-racist, systems lens primarily using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic modalities. Through these practices, clients can expect to connect with their intuitive wisdom, practice embodiment, and find groundedness.
