Welcome! My name is Isabel and I am a clinician at Refresh Psychotherapy. I believe that a strong and meaningful therapeutic relationship is vital in a client’s success in treatment. I use a collaborative and supportive approach to empower clients to use their strengths to face challenges and achieve their goals. I tailor sessions to each client to ensure it feels impactful, personal, and beneficial.
