Hello, my name is Isabel Alvarez and I am a bilingual (Español/English) licensed clinical social worker. I received my Master’s degree in Social Work with focus in Mental Health and Substance Use from the University of Texas at Arlington. I have experience working with individuals of all ages in inpatient crisis settings as well as outpatient therapy. I am passionate about walking with teens and adults in overcoming life’s challenges and stressors by creating a safe space and utilizing modalities such as: mindfulness, CBT, DBT, adapting the best approach to each individual’s needs.
