Life can be full of complexity and also full of meaning. Whether you're facing a major life transition, navigating relationship dynamics, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy can offer a valuable space for reflection, growth, and support. I work with people from all walks of life, and my approach is always grounded in empathy, collaboration, and curiosity. One area I’m especially passionate about is supporting parents, especially those of neurodivergent children. Parenting in this context can be both uniquely joyful and uniquely challenging. From processing a new diagnosis to managing daily logistics and emotional overwhelm, many parents find themselves in need of a space that is just for them, a space to be heard, held, and helped. I bring compassion, insight, and practical strategies to these conversations, supporting parents as they find clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with their own needs. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working with children and adults in creative and educational spaces. This work deepened my belief in the power of storytelling, self-expression, and human connection. I now integrate a narrative lens, psychoeducation, and a person-centered approach in my practice to help clients explore their experiences, rewrite limiting narratives, and move toward goals that feel meaningful and authentic. Whether you’re seeking support as a parent, a partner, or an individual in transition, I’m here to walk alongside you with openness and care.
