I offer a safe space for your heartbreak and a place to reconnect back to yourself. In the atmosphere of acceptance and compassion, we will explore what's holding you back from being present to yourself and others in this moment of your life, we will work together to identify your unique strengths and reconnect to your innate ease, joy and resiliency. My style of therapy is collaborative, holistic and integrative, I weave in relational, nervous system focused and insight-oriented approaches, and combine traditional talk therapy with evidence-based mindfulness, somatic and creative practices.
