Introduction

Life is full of transitions, and they can be difficult to navigate on your own no matter your age. I strive to provide a safe space for clients to process their emotions and build their strengths to resolve issues in ways that fit their needs. Every therapeutic journey is different, and I look forward to seeing how it will take shape for you, working through life's challenges and celebrating triumphs. I believe that each person has their own unique strengths and resiliencies and providing a safe space will allow clients to explore and grow. Ultimately, my aim is for clients to achieve their goals through therapy. The first step can be overwhelming, especially if you feel like you've never been heard. I am here to say that I would like to listen.
