There are times in life when we all need extra support and guidance to break through feeling stuck. Sometimes we just don't feel fulfilled in a particular stage of our lives, despite an outward appearance of having everything together. I bring warmth and a calm, nurturing presence to the counseling process to assist you in reconnecting with your natural wisdom and true essence. Challenging times can be potent with self-growth, self-exploration, and clarity. It is important to me to help you tap into the potential for increased well-being by holding space for you to explore, feel, and breathe...and get back to your true self. I have a progressive, accepting mindset and provide a non-judgmental space for healing. My areas of specialty are depression, anxiety, family and romantic relationships, LGBTQ+ issues, self-identity, finding a sense of purpose, and self-esteem.
