Irene graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Irene specializes in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families experiencing a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, autism, ADHD, low self-esteem/confidence, relationships, trauma, and cultural oppression. Irene believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship and provides a supportive environment centered on your strengths. She is also interested in establishing a strong alliance to help you recognize your self-worth, develop coping skills, and build resilience in the face of life’s challenges. Irene works from a place of genuine curiosity, honoring and respecting each person’s unique and different path. More about Irene: Irene likes to travel with her husband either in their travel trailer or by plane. They have visited over seven countries and have goals to travel more!
