I specialize in working mostly with children and families. Also, I see couples and individual adults. I offer help with managing high levels of stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. In my practice, I use an integrative approach that includes several evidence-based techniques. The foundation of my method is empathic understanding and unconditional positive regard. I am truly convinced that every person has the potential to grow and achieve positive life change. Sometimes, we no longer can handle the problem alone. It is probably the time to seek professional help. We can work on it together and find the best possible solution for you and your loved ones.
