Introduction

We all have our own set of needs and challenges. Let’s work together to examine what is contributing to your current distress and find tools to help you achieve your goals. I would like to provide you with a safe place of support, compassion and stability as we take this journey together. Throughout the duration of therapy, some of the approaches I use are based on CBT, mindfulness, DBT, client center, just to name a few. Currently I am providing telehealth to individuals age 18+ in the state of Missouri and Illinois.
